For approved refund, The Soaphaus Sdn Bhd may provide a refund in a form of credit voucher or via the original payment method with charges of RM 2.00.Refund by payment method may take up to 10 to 15 working days.

Please also don't dispose of or throw away any of the items you're writing in about! The Soaphaus has the right to collect the product if necessary. If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or a credit voucher will be issued to you.
